Skyline Theatre 

Along with the typical costs of foreign travel Skyline Theatre must pay for production costs while in the U.K. 

Rental of the venue, light and sound equipment, local sourcing of set pieces, stipends for a master electrician, adult technicians and an onsite production manager are all additional costs which are part and parcel of any international tour.

We are looking for donations and sponsors to help defray these production costs.

NON-TRAVEL Expenses per student  ($3,000.00)

Ø Venue rental

Ø Technical support throughout the year (AHSTF staff will source, negotiate and manage shipping of UK based supplies)

Ø Light rental package at the venue

Ø Sound rental package at the venue

Ø Rehearsal space

Ø Private coach transportation between performance venue and accommodations

Ø Fringe participation fees

Ø Marketing and advertising fees charged by the Fringe festival

Ø Ticket printing

Ø Box office staff

Ø Onsite technical team

Ø Admission to other AHSTF shows

Ø Venue and prop rental insurance
